Off-Site Supervised Visitation
The supervised visitation will take place in a neutral public setting such as a park, restaurant, library, or a location agreed upon by involved parties or ordered by the court.
Hourly Rate, Two Hour Minimum unless shorter duration ordered by the Court
Supervised Exchanges
Supervised exchanges are the supervision of the transfer of the child(ren) from one parent to the other, with the remainder of the parent/child interaction unsupervised. Care is taken to ensure the two parents do not come into contact.
Hourly Rate, with a possible additional travel fee, depending upon the location of the exchange.
Intake Interviews
Each parent must contact the supervised visitation monitor for an initial intake session prior to the commencement of visitation. The current order and other documentation must be provided.
Flat fee per parent
Visitation Reports
If the parties, their attorneys, or the court desire a detailed report, it can be provided. The supervised visitation monitor will not advocate for any party, but will report the visit as objectively as possible. It will be provided in a reasonable amount of time after payment of applicable fees.
Court Testimony (with subpoena)
If the Supervised Visitation Monitor's court testimony is requested, a subpoena will be required (service will be accepted, call to arrange).

Supervised Telephone/Zoom Visits
The Supervised Visitation Monitor will provide supervised visitation using three-way calling for telephone monitoring, and Zoom for virtual visits. Zoom visits will be set up per the court order and at the convenience of all involved parties.

Supervised Visitation Fees
Fees are payable in cash, PAID IN ADVANCE. No services will be performed unless fees for services are paid in full prior to services being provided. Please call for pricing.
Affordable hourly rates (most fees are hourly)
Fees for all supervised visitation services have a two-hour minimum, unless a court order specifies a shorter duration.
Fees for services do not include travel fees and associated expenses.
Holiday rates have an additional premium.
No charge for cancellations with at least 48-hour notice.
